2Carry out investigation and research, and serve dangerous goods enterprises。The Dangerous Goods Branch shall establish issues around the "Road Transport Regulations of the People's Republic of China" and the national and provincial laws, regulations, standards on road transport of dangerous goods as well as the hot spots and difficulties in the industry, organize members and relevant personnel to conduct research, put forward suggestions and opinions, and promote the healthy development of the dangerous goods transport industry;

3Safeguard the legitimate rights and interests of the transport of dangerous goods，Dangerous Goods Branch will be based on the purpose of serving the government and members in both directions，Give full play to provide services，Reflect the appeal，The role of industry self-regulation，Strengthen the communication and coordination between government administrative agencies and dangerous goods transportation enterprises, and between enterprises，Actively help member units to solve problems，Appeals to dangerous cargo transport enterprises，It is necessary to seek truth from facts, objective and fair to reflect and coordinate solutions，Actively safeguard the legitimate rights and interests of dangerous goods transport businesses;

4To investigate, collect and sort out the basic information of dangerous goods transport, carry out information exchange and consultation, and provide professional information for the development planning, economic and technological policies, management regulations, technical standards, business norms and licensing hearings of the dangerous goods transport industry;

5Organize on-the-job training, lectures and experience exchanges for employees to improve their professional quality and technical level。To improve the quality of the management of dangerous goods transportation enterprises, especially to enhance the awareness of safety production of management personnel at all levels;

6Actively organize the exchange of experience, the promotion of new technologies and new processes, broaden the vision of dangerous goods transportation enterprises, and improve the management level of road transportation of dangerous goods in the province;

7Promote industry self-discipline, establish industry rules and regulations in the transportation industry of dangerous goods, regulate business behaviors in the industry, and jointly maintain a fair, open and just market order environment;   

8Guide the cultural construction of dangerous goods transportation industry, vigorously advocate integrity, quality service, and build dangerous goods transportation brand;

9Under the unified organization of the Association, coordinate and organize the production and operation, technological progress and development cooperation of the transport of dangerous goods industry, develop contacts with relevant social groups at home and abroad in the name of the association, and carry out economic and technological cooperation and exchange activities;  

10Organize the compilation of professional books and related materials, undertake other tasks assigned by the association。

11Be entrusted by the government and relevant departments to undertake other work related to the transportation of dangerous goods。
